The first packaged release of ClientVerse — the Salesforce-native foundation that replaces InterAction. This establishes the core data model (Experiences, Matters, Connections, Opportunities), the shape of the five ClientVerse apps, and the AI-assisted delivery pipeline that builds the product. User-facing capabilities build out across the 1.1 line.

Highlights

  • ClientVerse 1.0 establishes the platform foundation: a Salesforce CRM for law firms, structured around Experiences, Matters, Connections, and Opportunities, designed to replace InterAction.

New

  • The five ClientVerse applications took shape — CV Marketing, CV Business Development, CV Lawyer, CV Experience, and CV Admin — each a focused workspace over the shared relationship data model.
  • Post-meeting summaries can be produced from a Flow, turning meeting records into structured briefs. (#69, #78)

  • Packaging and release tooling were established, including package cleanup, duplicate-field removal, and the first deployment pipeline workflows. (#101, #110)
